Style Your Hair Using an Elastic Headband in Under 2 Minutes!

Happy Monday! I hope you had a great weekend, I know that I did! I don’t know about you but Mondays are always a little harder for me to get back in the swing of things. I am not much of a morning person and for some reason Mondays are always the hardest.

Monday’s are also my lazy days, especially when it comes to my hair. I have a large amount of two minute hair styles that I have and use almost every Monday! (hehe! Shhhhh, don’t tell anyone)

I want to show you one of my favorite styles to help second day hair look good. {Just so we are all clear, I like to call my second day hair “leftovers”. Brandon laughs every time he hears me call it that. Although that is me and I thought I would share that little fact with you.}

You will only need an elastic headband and some bobby pins.

The Best 2 minute Style! I love it!

This style is very simple and can work with straight or curly hair. Here is a short video showing you just what I do to achieve this style!

The flower headband was the inspiration for this entire outfit. I love the color and the softness of how it looks. It really goes well with the light pink lace top, the cream crocheted flats as well as the dark grey skinnies.

I love this outfit with this hairstyle. {Watch the Hair Tutorial} This is such and Easy but Beautiful Hairstyle I love this top with the flower headband.What a Great Curly Hair Style, Who Knew It Could Be So Easy!

Do you think this is a style you would be able to achieve at home?

Thanks for following a long and I am looking forward to this nice week ahead of us!

Natural Eye Makeup Remover {DIY}

Are you sick and tired of your eye makeup remover burning your eyes? Or maybe it just doesn’t work the way it should and your eyes are raw after wiping them so many times (and probably way to hard).

You are not alone! For years I have been struggling to find the right eye makeup remover for me. I don’t know how many different products I have tried. Out of all of them there was only one that stood out from all of the rest and that was coconut oil!

Coconut Oil Makes The Best Eye Makeup Remover! It's Natural, Safe And Effective

I know what you are probably thinking: coconut oil isn’t a eye makeup removal product. Although coconut oil is used in the kitchen there are so many other uses for it and removing makeup is one of them.

Use Coconut Oil to remove your make up

Here is a short video showing you just how easy it is to use coconut oil as an eye makeup remover.

I honestly can’t believe how amazing coconut oil works. It is natural, safe and effective. Once you start using it, I guarantee you won’t ever go back to your old stuff again. How to remove your eye makeup with coconut oil

It is this simple:

1. Start with all of your makeup still on your face.

2. Put coconut oil on your fingers (about a pea size) and close your eyes.

3. Rub the coconut oil on your eyes.

4. Yes it will look you have big black raccoon eyes. lol

5. Grab your wash clothe.

6. Gently wipe off the oil with your clothe.

7. Repeat on other eye.

8. You’re finished!

Coconut Oil makes the best eye makeup remover

It doesn’t get much easier than this! It doesn’t make my eyes burn and there are no harsh chemicals! This is definitely a must try, it even gets off waterproof mascara!

Do you like the eye makeup remover that you are currently using? If you get it in your eye does it burn like mind did?
