Top 10 Summer Essentials

Happy first day of summer! I can’t believe that summer is already here! I feel like I have been waiting for it for so long that I thought it would never come! In preparation for summer I started thinking about some of my favorite things for summer! I have so many that I thought I would break it down into categories! Today I will be sharing my top 10 Essential Summer Shaklee Items! I have a few other post in the making right now to that are some of my must haves while beating the heat while pregnant during the summer and a few of my favorite summer activities!

When I first came up with this idea for a blog post idea, I knew that I would have a hard time coming up with my top 10 summer essentials. Not because I didn’t have 10 of my favorite things to share but I had a hard time narrowing it down to only 10 things! There are so many great things that come in handy during the summer months that I want to share them all!

No matter where you live, our bodies can really take a beating from summer! We need to make sure that we do everything we can to take care of ourselves.  With the sun on our skin, to the chlorine in our hair we need to have the best products around to get us through these hot summer months!

So today I will go over my top 10 essential Shaklee products for summer and share with you some of the reasons I love these products!

I didn’t necessarily put these in order from my favorite products down because they are all my favorite!   2. Performance There are so many days that we feel like we get beat by the heat. Having a all natural hydrating drink is perfect on those extremely hot days to make sure we stay hydrated! Chocolate Banana and Peanut Butter Shaklee 180 Smoothie

Here is another another one of my favorite smoothies. I honestly should write an e-book of all of the different smoothie recipes that I have. Maybe it is just me but I love the fact that you can turn some of your favorite foods into amazing smoothies.

 

Today I had a peanut butter chocolate covered banana smoothie. This is everything that I love in a cup! It is kind of like desert for breakfast not to mention it is filled with protein and keeps me full for hours.

 

This is going to be a must try Chocolate Banana and Peanut Butter Shaklee 180 Smoothie

 

All you are going to need is:

180 Chocolate Smoothee Mix

• 8 oz. non-fat milk or low-fat soy milk

• 1 tbsp. natural, creamy peanut butter

• 1/2 medium banana

• 4-6 ice cubes

Blend until creamy.

Pina Colada Smoothie

I couldn’t be happier that the weather is becoming warmer and warmer every day! I love to start my day with a nice and cold smoothie, they’re so refreshing and filling!

I have had people over on a few different accounts and all of them absolutely loved them and they had no idea that it was good for you. With it being filled with fresh fruit and 24 grams of protein it will keep you full all morning long!

Pina Colata Smoothie! The perfect summer breakfast!

Here is a video showing you just how to make a Shaklee 180 Pina Colada Smoothie!

I honestly can’t believe that this taste like the real deal. It is absolutely amazing! 

I could totally go for a Pina Colada Smoothie, its health and yummy!

You will need:

2 scoops of Shaklee 180™ Vanilla Smoothee Mix

8 oz. non fat milk (low-fat soy milk can also be used)

1/2cup fresh or canned pineapple

1/2tsp of coconut extract

Ice (as needed)

Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until creamy.

297 calories, 41g carbohydrates, 24g protein, 3g fat,7g fiber

I am so going to try this Pina Colada Smoothie. Summer here I come!
