There are so many days where I find myself walking over to the fridge in between lunch and dinner. I don’t want to eat a big meal and I don’t keep chips or other processed food in the house, so it forces me to eat healthy snacks. Isn’t that ingenious idea? This is by far one of my favorite snacks to have. The crunchiness of the celery, the sweetness of the raisins and the creamy and saltiness of the peanut butter. This truly is a delicious treat. Did I mention the protein in the peanut butter helps to keep me full until dinner time?
All you need is:
Celery
Peanut Butter
Raisins
If you like these three ingredients and you have never had a chance to try this healthy delight, I would suggest giving it a try. You can’t go wrong.
